Tererro Bridge

This bridge was built by the American Metal Company in the 1920s to provide Pecos River crossings for regional mining and timbering operations. The 1987 New Mexico Historic Bridge Survey lists it as the last remaining bridge of this design in the state. It is now used by hikers and horseback riders.

Pecos River Bridge at Tererro was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on July 15, 1997.
