This Edifice of Bulfinch design was rebuilt here about 1832 with old timbers from the meeting house on Bly Hill. It's age, name and denomination remains uncertain. The building has became known as a museum piece of the 1820 decade. It's beautyful high colonial pulpit. with pews facing the vestiblue, renders it unique among New Hampshire churches.
Center Meeting House was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on December 19, 1979.
