The Sangre de Cristo ranges of the Southern Rocky Mountains include the Spanish Peaks in Colorado and the Culebra and Cimarron Ranges in New Mexico. The well watered and forested mountains offer numerous recreational activities including skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting and climbing.
