Erected by the Louisville & Nashville Terminal Co. & dedicated Oct. 9, 1900, the Romanesque style building of Bowling Green Gray stone and Tennessee marble was designed by L & N Chief Eng. Richard Montfort. The past grandeur of the structure is still evident in the ornate fresco figures, stained glass windows & elaborate wrought iron decoration. Location: Replaced by Marker # 84 in 1999
