A complex of five adobe buildings, situated on the historic 1703 Sebastian Martin Land Grant, has a main house that is a fine example of 19th century territorial architecture. It served as Rio Arriba County Courthouse from 1846 to 1854. It is listed on the New Mexico Register of Cultural Properties.
